Turkey drinks almost a gallon of water a day.

She is six months old and layed for a few weeks and then stopped. The watery poop started up a month after. I don't have a scale so am unable to weigh her. Her appetite and energy are good. I'm grateful for any ideas you might have on her condition.
are you sure she is 6months old?
did you hatch her?

ETA - is she heritage or broad breasted?

Dwayne and Liz: I've had her since she was three weeks old so, yes, I can say with some assurance that she is six months old.

RE: Parasites.

Until I'm able to get a sample to the vet I'm wondering if there would be any harm in administering a parasiticide. I have Ivermectin 5 mg/mL.

Thoughts?

the harm in giving unneeded medication is building up a tolerance to said medication

That might treat large roundworms, but will not treat cecal worms, capillary worms, or coccidia. Since you have her with chickens, I also worry about blackhead. That foamy poop and her excessive thirst are also symptoms of blackhead.

Treatment for blackhead?
The drugs used for treating it are banned for use in food animals, which is why I asked if she's a pet.

Treatment for the actual blackhead protozoa is metronidazole, but most vets will also suggest treating for a secondary bacterial infection with Baytril. One also needs to treat for the cecal worm with Valbazen or Safeguard.
