I got 7 tablets of these from work today, they look to be the same thing.

I also grabbed the Neo/Poly/Dex eyedrops as well. Going to try to setup the downstairs old brooder closet and get her in soon.

Yes, that'll work, 1/2 tablet twice a day for no more than 7 days. You have just enough. Hopefully your turkey will recover, let us know how it turns out.
