Turkey eggs pipped 48 hours ago

I have two turkey eggs that pipped 48 hours ago. One of them is still moving...the other has been still for almost a day. Should I help the one that is still moving? What about the still one? There are 4 other eggs that have not pipped, but they are moving. No sounds from any of them.
