Turkey Feeder

The pen I have my turkeys in sits on a small hill. We live in the mountains, so nothing is flat. I've tried feeders on the ground, hanging feeders, raised chick feeders and the turkeys seem to dump most of their feed. What else can I try for a feeder?

I live in the Ozark hills in Arkansas and I have the same problem not much flat ground.
I leveled a 2x2 area placed some 4x8x12 2 levels high concrete blocks on the ground.
I got a 5 gallon paint bucket new unused with lid and a plastic oil drain pan new unused trimmed it around the out side 3 1/2 inches high and cut 6 holes near the base of the bucket to allow feed to come out and using liquid nail glued the plastic oil pan to the base of the bucket let the glue dry well first and fill the bucket with feed put the lid on it and place on top of the concrete blocks place something heavy on top of the bucket and under a cover to keep the feed dry works for me and the Turkeys cant turn over the feeder.

My guys will step on the edge of a light weight feeder and flip it over. I use a very heavy crockery dog food bowl. I also use a stainless steel dog dish where the base flairs out wide. They haven't been able to flip either of those yet. Both bowls are too small to nest in, because they do love to stand in their food while eating.

With the small bowls, their tails hang out over the edge even if they stand in the food, so they don't poop in their food.

We use a deer feeder. It has a 55 gallon barrel at the top with 3 feeding pipes at the bottom.
