Turkey Head injury possible not sure

Update: so she is seeming to become more alert now. I did get her to eat some of her food and drink water. I also just checked on her again and she’s actually up on her perch she normally sleeps on unlike last night she just slept standing up on the ground. I’m glad to see her making better progress.
