Turkey head light all the time

We have a turkey hen that has a greyish head for about 4 days now, and has had one weird egg without shell. Normally she has a pinkish head but its just a weird color now. I was thinking about not enough iron or calcium but maybe someone has another idea?

Her wings are a bit droopy, but i havent seen any weird droppings, no worms to be seen. We did have other turkey food a couple of days ago and we just gave them their normal food again.

@Molpet any advice here? You have calicos that look a lot like this hen and might be familiar with what's going on.
