turkey laying

My turkey hen Gabby is sitting on some eggs. She laid her frist one on 03/15/2012 has a total of 15 eggs. How long should it take for her eggs to start hatching. This is my frist time, and I am notr sure if I should be removing the eggs. Please help

More or less twenty eight days from the time she first began setting in earnest which would be about the time she laid the last egg. Turkey require twenty eight days to incubate. The earliest laid eggs may possibly hatch a bit sooner.
