Turkey may have a dislocated hip

I’m new here, so forgive me if this question has been answered! I have a Turkey that when walking, you can see her whole right leg pop out near her body (I’m assuming her hip) when putting her weight on her right foot. We are new to owning turkeys, so I’m wondering what we can do to help her. I feel so bad & I don’t want to watch her have pain & suffer. So any advice or tips or anything would be extremely helpful!

I also say since she is a BBB I'm sorry.
They get too heavy for their legs. I had one I tried to keep. I had to put her down at 18 months. Heartbreaking
