Turkey neck bumps

I have no idea what it will be like with him, because I have the impression that he is crazy...
Yesterday during the day he was walking normally, and before the evening I found him standing a meter from the aviary and as if he was asleep...
I put it in the henhouse, but saw that the birds no longer had water so I figured it was dehydrated or something (although he walked in the garden all day and had access to water there as well). He started swaying from side to side so I prophylactically gave him a syringe in his beak and he finally went to sleep on the floor.
Today, when I was giving him water in a syringe, I noticed that he was looking at every side and that air was still pecking in the same place...
I have the impression that he has either gone crazy or lost his eyesight.
It's worth noting that other birds (there are only one turkey) are fine.

Lavender. Today I'll try to check it out. I just wonder how he would lose his sight on both sides in a few hours and there is no damage at all.

And so all day... And all the time he closes and opens the third eyelid, the white one.
I can drink and feed him for a week, but if he doesn't get better, it would be a pity that he would be in this condition forever.

Surprisingly, he has yellow feces, like on a blackhead, but he has no symptoms, such as coughing, but maybe because he hasn't eaten anything, I just give him a drink.

This is not a Lavender turkey. Lavender turkeys do not have any black spots.

Alright, I asked because certain colors (Lavender and Lilac) carry the DD gene which can cause "Small eye". My two lilac turkeys are semi-blind from genetics and they were perfectly able to see as poults. Blue slate should have Dd though so I don't know if they can show the small eye gene. If it seems like his other eyelid is getting stuck you could try moisturizing it with saline to see if that helps. I'm not sure what would cause sudden blindness like that. Can you get any pictures of his poop and post it here?

Yes, Blue Slate can also get the small eye syndrome although it is not as common as it is with Lavenders.
