Surprisingly, he has yellow feces, like on a blackhead, but he has no symptoms, such as coughing, but maybe because he hasn't eaten anything, I just give him a drink.

If he's still alive, I strongly advise treating him for blackhead immediately. From personal experience, the sulfur-yellow droppings & general lethargy are the only noticeable symptoms. He may not have much time left.
