Turkey Poult 3 months old

I have a baby turkey poult that has a sinus problem so I got tylan200 but not sure how much to give it since it is small ( less than a pound). Plan on giving meds orally.

What kind of sinus problem? Is there wheezing or mucus? As a more natural remedy, you can also sprinkle chopped yarrow where the turkey lives. Yarrow’s great for respiratory issues.
