Turkey poult feather concern

I have a broad breasted turkey poult. It is about a week old and I noticed that when the feathers started coming in that one of its wings was off. I thought maybe the feathers were coming in odd and would correct itself, but this morning I noticed that there was some dried blood under the wing. It also looks like the longer feathers are drying up. It is the biggest poult I have and the most fiesty and alert.

What should I do and should I be concerned?
