Turkey Poult With Swollen, White Areas On Legs

Hey all. Looking for advice on a medical issue one of my turkey poults seems to be having. She had club foot when we got her, which I managed to correct by making her a tape boot. About 3 days ago, I noticed she was spending a lot of time sitting and seemed in pain when walking, so I checked her feet, but they looked fine. Today, I checked her feet again as now she's not even getting up to eat and she has swollen areas all over her legs. They're squishy to the touch and seem to be full of white stuff. Not sure if the white stuff is puss or not since I haven't lanced them, but does anyone have any suggestions as to what this could be and how I can treat it?

They don't look like any bites I've ever seen and she's the only one out of 9 poults with the swollen, white spots. The other poults she was housed with are fine. (We separated her from the rest in case it's something contagious.) I'll pick some up anyway, just to be on the safe side, though. Can never be too careful, right?
