I brought home two four week old bourbon red babies yesterday and I haven’t seen either of them eat or drink yet. I dipped their beaks and I have a camera on them so I can keep close watch. The larger of the two is very vocal and will chirp nearly all day on and off. I’m worried they are going to starve themselves if I don’t do something but this is my first time with turkeys and I’m not sure what to do. I do have some six week old chicks in the brooder that I could potentially put them with, but I’m getting a lot of mixed opinions on that. Any ideas?

You can put a couple of chicks in with them to get them started eating. Once you know they are eating, take the chicks back out.
