Turkey pullet flipping over - HELP!!!!!!

A week ago I hatched a few turkey pullets. One of them has started flipping on its side when attempting to walk. Its legs and feet appear to be normal. I'm not really sure what to do to help it. I've been feeding it sugar water through a syringe in an attempt to give it a little extra energy boost, as well as plain scrambled eggs and mealworms. Any tips on or advise that could possibly help would be gratefuly appreciated.

I don't think sugar is good for any birds but you are doing a good thing with the proteinso s she have medicated food? It might help
