Turkey sexing?

I am having a hard time telling the sex of my turkeys. One I am sure is a boy, but the other one, I go back and forth.

They are both boys.

I am having a hard time telling the sex of my turkeys. One I am sure is a boy, but the other one, I go back and forth.

There's a pretty easy tell for the sex at this age.
You only have to take a look at the chest feathers.
Males do have black edges, while females have white edges.
This is one of the more obvious dimorphism in turkeys.

This works for most varieties.

Oh yeah that's a baby baby. The only way at that age would to be to send in either feather/down or blood for a DNA test, sadly.

Your own pictures of your own turkey are permitted. Posting images of pictures from other websites that belong to them without their permission is not permitted.

The poults need to be at least 3 months old for sexing from pictures.

Okay thanks, they only mentioned one rule about posting and that was you can’t post pictures or even talk about animals who are not available to the public cause it can start stuff, I’ll take the picture down and get some of my own next time I go

Too young for sexing from photos. Wait until at least 3 months old. Better yet if it is 6 months old.
