I am considering raising one or two turkeys in 2013. I have a 5' x 10' portable coop once used for chickens. Is this large enough for a turkey or two?

Yes it is large enough for two turkeys, although I prefer to raise mine with lots of room. Some people do raise broad-breasteds in portable confinement.
