Turkey suddenly died

Ooops, duplicate don't know how to delete.........So the mean old Broad Breasted Bronze turkey I inherited from my dad died this evening. I had just commented to my husband earlier today that the turkey and I were finally getting along. I hand fed him this evening, just like always and then when he headed back to the bird enclosure he started flapping his wings, lost his footing and fell over. His wings were spread out, I ran to him to right him and he just died in my arms. It had to have been a heart attack. Anyhoo, sad to see him go even though he did always try to attack me.

Now to the question. I live in a rural area. The ground is frozen solid so I can't bury him. What can I do with a 40+ pound turkey carcass?
