Turkey Traditions

Don't forget the pecan pie. If you make it with sugar instead of corn syrup it won't weep all over the bottom of the pie plate. Hazelnet pie is tasty too, but the nuts really need to be blanched and peeled before they go into the custard base.

Ryans steakhouse maybe they are only in the south

they have a buffet 24/7 and on thanksgiving they have all the turkey foods that you would cook at home but you dont have to do any dishes

Oh I get it. Nope none here where I am in Ca. Closest thing I could think of that might be open would be like a Denny's "they're always open" but I'd rather have dishes. Especially with my family though, if I cook and there are other women that came to eat, I rarely have to do the dishes, they volunteer and I'm not too proud to accept. I hate dishes.
