Turkey with lumps on face

I have some broiler turkeys that I plan on having for Thanksgiving and I noticed two of my turkeys have weird lumps near the beak I was wondering is there something I can do for it or is it even worth doing anything with them being butchered in a few weeks.

It might be fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes. If that doesn’t sound possible, then I would look into pecking wounds.
