Turkey with strange dark bloody goop inside when harvested

Yep, just a pooling of blood, see that all the time butchering deer/moose that have been shot. Just trim back the gucky stuff.

I am not sure that the bleeding would have been from the bone it's self as they don't have much circulation to them, but the femorial artery and other big blood vessels run in near the bone, any splinter or break could cause easily the internal bleed.
