Well Millie, our turkey is better, somewhat. She has no swelling on her head, neck and front breast area. I did use a 19 or 20 gauge needle and made some holes and pressed some air out very slowly. She still has some air on her sides, more posterior, but she has fully recovered from her leg injury and has become fast! She was extremely gentle when I was poking on her, but I’m sure she didn’t care for it. She still sounds like she’s walking in a bubble when she runs, but we are getting there slowly. She is acting back fo herself with vocalizations, diet, and water intake so I’m glad. Thanks for asking!!

My turkey got hit by a car and she is having the same symptoms did u find out what to do about the swelling. I'm really worried about my bird.
