Turkeys and Chickens

My Turkeys have outgrown the barn they’re in I have an attached big chicken Pen which has had chickens in recently. Can I open the barn and let them have both spaces for extra room ? I have read never to mix turkeys where chickens have been however they are well over the 8week hurdle now. Thanks in advance

If you have blackhead in your soil it doesn't matter the age. So be aware of that. It's all up to you if you wish to risk it or not.
