Can I hatch turkey eggs and pheasant eggs in the same incubator?

If your wanting them to hatch roughly the same day, Yes. Just don't let the eggs get to old waiting to long to set them.

if you put them in at the same time can you hatch out the pheasants first and then remove them and then wait for the turkeys to be done or will that not work because of the double lock down?

I'd just set them so that they will hatch the same day if possible.
