Still way to lil' to go outside so now tomorrow I'll be outside to find something to make to put over the top of it.

But it's so funny... now when we walk in the bathroom, It's wall to wall newspaper and old towels!!

Thank again!!

I candled my eggs and I can see a big black blob ( I'm assuming is the yolk) also there are little redish lines inside of it too. Is that the good spider web stuff or is that bad?

The spider webs are veins forming as the embryo grows and is a good thing!!!:thumbsup

Well that's what I'm wondering... I'm not sure if its the spidery looking veins. I don't see any blue ones. I will post a picture tonight of some of the more clearer ones. As much as I don't want to touch the eggs I would like to figure out if they are little turkeys or just duds. I hope I get some poults... Thanks for the help

I had a couple turkey poults last year at about the same age as you birds. They didn't eat any June bugs (as they were not exposed) my bird

I had 4 BBB last year. I had a kids wading pool set up in the back yard. This pool would collect tons of June bugs. As soon as I would let them out of the coop at first light they would race each other to the pool and gobble down the bugs as fast as they could. Very entertaining birds. Here's some pics as they were enjoying the pool because it was so hot last summer.

I had a poult hatch today that has no feathering on it's head or neck, will it grow feathers in? I don't have a photo because it's still in the incubator but I'll try to get one soon.
