Turkeys- need to know everything

I am putting turkey eggs in the incubator. They were previously sat on. I don't know how long tho.
I have no experience with this and have only just recently hatched a chick.
I need to know everything about incubating, hatching and raising. I did read don't raise them with chickens and they need more protein than chicks. But that's all I know.
Advice plz

I would suggest you do some reading on this site. You are asking for a lot of information at once. I would start at the incubating forum.

Read Hatching Eggs 101 by @Sally Sunshine

Hatching turkey eggs is basically the same as hatching chicken eggs other than the turkey eggs requiring 28 days to hatch.
