Hi everyone, hoping to get some help/advice.

My 10 week old Aylesbury duck has started having issues with her foot. It’s slightly turned in and she has trouble when she starts to walk, after she gets going it seems to ease slightly. It’s so strange though as it doesn’t always turn in and sometimes it’s like she’s fine.
She swims, eats, drinks and preens, so no issues there. Although she does seem to sit a lot on some days. I add brewers yeast to her food, she also has peas as a treat.

I just want to make sure I’m helping her the best way I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve added pictures of her for you to see.

Sometimes they're just....awkward 😅

You could try a more direct supplement to ensure she's definitely getting a sufficient dose (hand-feeding liquid), but 10 weeks on might be a bit late. Doesnt hurt to try, just might be a lot of work for little to no payoff

Ok, so do you think vitamin B complex would help? Would this be any good? I’m in the UK so not sure where to buy this.

I learned the hard way that Brewer's yeast is often enough, especially for the heavy-weight ducks. She's likely deficient in niacin and I agree with the above poster that liquid Vitamin B complex is what you should start giving her ASAP to reverse the condition. Attached is a photo of one type you could buy. If you read the thread in the sticky topics at the top of the forum about niacin deficiency you will gain a lot of useful information.
