Turning eggs manually

I’m aiming to turn them 4-5 times a day but I’m worried about opening the incubator that many times and letting the heat out. Will this harm them in any way?

Unless you are planning on turning during the night roll 3 or 5 times. 4 ends up with all night stretches on the same side. Don't worry about the cooling during turning. Hens get off sometimes.

As long as your incubator returns to proper temp and humidity fairly rapidly, there should be no problem. Once upon a time folks used to recommend allowing the eggs to cool down for 15 minutes or so at least once daily.
