Turning eggs -Should I keep it consistent everyday or turn more often

There's been days where I've only turned the eggs 2 or 3 times. I usually turn them every 6-8 hrs. I've always had good hatch rates... except that last hatch, which I think I had severe humidity issues, my instruments were going.
