after setting eggs in the bator how long do ya normally wait til you open and turn the first time??
The next day.
you do not have to open the bator to turn eggs, you can take a sponge and place it in bottom of bator and put your water on it and take a brick and place on one side ( under bator) then when it comes time to turn eggs just move brick to other side ( homemade turner), if you had an alto turner it would turn then 5 to 7 times aday from the tome you turn it on, till you turn it off. hope this helps william
If you go to the blue bar up top and click on Index, then click on Incubating and Hatching Eggs, you will find a world of information. There are so many variables concerning incubators, you'd be better searching there. Good luck !
