Twin chickens(double yolker) Fixing to hatch! Help me!!

I candled it all through the process, And the egg is huge, But i always only saw 1 embryo with more veins then anyother of my eggs so i thought that 1 of the embryo's was covering the other.

Could be single or double then. If it's single it's gonna be a MONSTER chick...lol

I would give it at least 2 extra days after "hatch day" before locating the air cell & gently piercing it with a knife or safetypin & flipping back just enuf shell to see inside. Then you will know where to go from there on assisting.

Its been 2 days since hatch date. But i aint gonna help any of them. I once helped a chick and the chick died shortly after. Now i refuse to help. So july 1st, Im gonna give autopsy's to all of the eggs. And if the chick hasnt hatched by then, i will tell yall what i see when i open the egg.

Just reading tons of things on BYC day in day out i read generally twins dont survive b/c they dont have enough room in the egg to turn to the air cell to pip .I am sure this is not a rule though. Also read if the first makes it out the second is generally too weak to make it. Dont mean to be a downer on this
exciting process and i am rooting for them both also.. GOOD LUCK on your egg.
HOpe you are the exception if it is twins..
