Twin day...SO NERVOUS!

Okay...I need some help. Second chick hatched and had gooey stuff still attached but seemed fine otherwise. Until now! He seems to have one leg that won't straighten out so every time he tries to walk , he kinda falls over. He also has this thing on his neck that looks like it has fluid in it. We had a chick in the last hatch with this exact same thing that my husband eventually put down after a day and a half of him just kind of laying there. The first chick to hatch is running all over the bator like speedy Gonzales. One pipped and started zipping then died. I could tell he had slowed down and there was no movement for quite a while. The membrane looked white except for right around the edges a little. I cracked the bator and got the egg to see if I could help him, but he was ready gone . I finished peeling the egg away and this chick was ready..no yolk left and not sticky at all. What could have happened? There are three more eggs pipped...one has started attempting to zip but the other two have stayed the same since pipping this morning . I'm not concerned about them .... Yet. I know it can take a while from that first pip. I just don't have a good feeling because I don't hear any of those little peeps from inside of the eggs. Could be that this noisy little legbar is drowning out the peeping sounds from them. I'm at a loss. I have tried to keep the humidity at 75 and didn't have a problem until today. It's overcast outside and it rained most of the day yesterday. Humidity is at 80 now. Should I crack on corner and let some humidity out? Windows aren't completely fogged over but it's more than just the corners. For the moment, I'm going outside to look at my adult happy healthy chickens. 2 days at the incubator has taken a toll on me:) Adult ADHD ain't no joke and I'm about to go crazy sitting here:) Any help would be awesome. I'd hate to end up with one noisy chick!
 
Note...as I was typing up the latest update on what seems to be a disaster waiting to happen, the humidity went up to 83. I stuck Qtip just under one corner and let some humidity out before they all drown. As soon as I remove the tip of the Qtip, it starts rising to the mid 80's again.
 
Oh my goodness! I can't believe it is twin day. I was hoping that once one hatched it would encourage the twins to pip. Didnt that lady with the YouTube video have her BYC name on there?? If yes, look her up and send pm. Find out how she knew it was time to intervene. I wish I had more experience. Please update when you can!!
 
Do you have your plugs out? Can you get your hatcher in a small room like a bathroom that you can heat separately? I do mine in a tiny bathroom with a electric heater..
sometimes, thered just more going on than we can see (in the case of your zip and quit)..
as for the safety hole, as long as you keep it small, it shouldn't effect much..can you candle the twin egg? Do you see veining when you do? If not, make a small safety hole (think end of a qtip)..then you can wet the membrane with a qtip to see how absorbed veining is..if it's absorbed you should be okay to assist

That's a good idea, I never thought about her being on BYC

grrr I hit the wrong button. Your little

sounds like it has splay leg. Very easy to correct. In fact so easy I just use a bandaid to correct it when mine got it. I would for sure separate the little one from the others so it doesn't get picked on.
