Twisted / dislocated wing

So I have been having trouble with my first set of chicks. This chick(the one in the photo) along with 3 other of its brothers/sisters have been mysteriously twisting the ends of their wings at the joint. They don’t seem to be in pain until I twist them back straight. I have had one be perfectly normal one sec then I come back to it 2 mins later and both wings be twisted up it’s back. Anyone else experienced this or have any onsite on it ?

Can you put it back in place then apply some vet-wrap to keep it there?

I tried that on one but it hated it. It stopped eating and just sit around. Once I took to the wrap off it acted normal. They don’t seem to be in pain
