Twisted Neck

Our chicks came in the mail yesterday. All healthy and seem ok except for one. The hen twist her neck around to drink and remains in that position for a long time. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong? We are brand new at this.

I've had a few hatch that the muscles are just all locked up in the neck so it gets stuck in weird positions. Sometimes it goes away after a few days and sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't they usually don't make it. I haven't found anything that helps.
