Twisted tibia?

I have a month old chick, at first we thought it was splay legged but has progressed to the leg actually going perpendicular at the ankle now..I'm looking for wrap ideas I've seen that could possibly help him
He eats and does manage to hop around and has a dear hatch match that takes unbelievable care of him..its just them two in a brooder pen..he just tries so hard, I don't want to give up on him

Pictures from the front or back standing at eye level could be helpful. Hold it up if needed. There is no treatment for a rotated tibia or for valgus deformity if it is that. The chick may get around enough to eat and drink, but will be disabled. I would try splinting, since it can make things worse. Here is some info on leg deformities:
