And just to clarify, do I give the poly vi sol at the same time as the vitamin e and selenium, or start with the poly then a few days later give her the others vitamins?

In the link I gave it says to give the PolyVisol and the Vitamin E with selenium for 3 weeks, along with probiotics and electrolytes.

Ok, so I gave her the medicine yesterday and today. What i do is give her 3 drops of the poly vi sol, with a full vitamin e capsule( i squeeze out the gel) and about half of a selenium gel capsule. I mix it all together with a bit of water, and make sure she drinks it all. I then give her yogurt with oats. She is doing about the same as yesterday, still droops her head. Will update again tomorrow

It will take a while until she begins to show improvement, and unfortunately this problem won't be cured overnight, but as long as she is not getting worse, I consider that a victory

Okay, another update! I have been giving her her medicine every day, and I she is showing some slight improvements. Today she walked a few steps, and didn't put her head down as much, I think. She is eating and drinking as well.

She is doing a little but better! She is walking somewhat normal and she doesn't put her head down near as much( though she still does it if I pick her up or pet her) still giving her a full vitamin e gell capsule and half a selenium capsule a day + five drops of poly vi sol.
