Then i would just keep them together. You can add everyone back when the chicks are a bit older

Thank you! I think I will keep the two together separated from the rest of the flock. Then just deal with integrating them at a later date. I do have two coops and two runs so that will helpThats true but, its just best to keep them away from the flock. They might be fine if its only two of them. My silkie didn't even care when I put chicks in with her while she was broody.
