two days ago i found some new hummingbird eggs

when i came back today to see the nest.it was destroyed there was only a small piece of the nest left.i wonder what happened

It sound's like something else discovered the egg's in the nest and ate them.

Nature happened. Last year I had a nest of Blue Jays destroyed by a raccoon days before the little ones would have been ready to leave the nest.
