I have two questions; 1) I saw the feed store had production blues? Anyone know what this breed is I haven’t heard of them before. 2) my daughter picked out a bantam that I’m trying to determine the breed of. It is a blue/gray color. Has feathered feet and has black legs/feet and beak. It doesn’t look like a Silkie to me but I’m not sure either so was wondering what y’all thought

Idk what production blues are but it is probably some sort of hybrid sexlinked bird. Hatcheries are always crossing birds and giving them names, it's hard to keep track of everything.

Thanks that’s kind of what I was expecting but wanted to ask around. I’m curious to see how the adult bird looks :D

Never heard of a Production Blue. Probably a specialty hatchery hybrid. :)

As for the bantam, sounds like a Silkie. :love Black legs/skin, especially. Is there any way you could get a side shot?
