Two hatched. No external pip in the last egg.

So, this is my very first time with hatching chickens. Two of the 3 eggs have hatched and are starting to fluff up. But my last egg I'm concerned. There is no external pip. I honestly don't even know if there's an internal pip. It was alive when they all went i to lockdown a couple days ago. Today marks day 21 exactly. Is this normal?

This sounds normal, yes. In my experience hatching eggs, they almost always spread the hatching out over 2-3 days. With the early birds fluffed up in the brooder before the stragglers pipped yet. I hope that last egg will show some signs of hatching for you soon, but as today is only day 21, there is still lots of hope
