two hens laying rubber eggs

So my two youngest hens have only laid rubber eggs I provide greens, oyster shell and recently layer feed, they've done this for about a week while my other two hens who are a few weeks older lay thick shelled eggs. Is it because they are young and it's been cold? Will this be fixed when they get older? I cant keep two hens who lay eggs I can't eat this is frustrating!

A few is not unusual....but if all they are laying is rubber eggs there may be a major malfunction.

I'd give it another week.

What breeds?
Lots of coop and run room to reduce stress?

they do have plenty of room and sometimes even get let out to free range I got maybe one non rubber egg from one of them they are both cuckoo marans and just a little over 6 months
