They aren't getting the nutrition that ducks need with just corn. That is probably your biggest problem and why this all got started. Corn might be good once in a while to bulk them up and help keep them warm with the temperatures are very very cold but other than that it doesn't offer them the nutrition that they need.

Even geese that are mainly grazers are fed grains. Most of us use an all flock.
