The diet I have been "trying" to follow the past couple years is?
1) Vegetarian/Pescetarian?
2) Mediterranean/Anti-inflammatory?
3) Paleo/Primal?
Basically I don't eat grain, sugar or processed food. I eat mostly protein, vegetables and fruit. But I have a cheat meal every once in awhile. I have issues with my joints and the diet helps with inflammation. It's your turn if you want to go.
