Two of my chickens have died since last night red poop

Hi -

I need help with this. I noticed red chicken poop in the hen house last night. Chickens were eating and drinking did not notice anything strange. Went back out and one was dead. My husband called me this morning and another has died. What can I do I do not want to lose all of my chickens.

How old are they? It could be coccidiosis.
