Welcome to BYC. How long have you had them, and have you added any new poultry to your flock recently? It sounds like they could possibly have a respiratory disease, such as mycoplasma (MG,) or coryza. Do they smell bad, have nasal drainage, and swollen eyes? Here is a good link to read about respiratory diseases: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044

the older ones eye just started swelling and oozing white stuff and can bearly see out of his eye and a few months ago added a couple new chickens too my flock but they dont have it.......

It can be brought in by a carrier bird, who may not have any symptoms. You can consider culling them and start over with healthy chickens, but you can also close your flock and treat them with antibiotics such as Tylan, oxytetracycline, or Gallimycin. If there is a bad odor, then it could be coryza. That responds better to Sulfadimethoxine or Sulmet.
