building my door to the coop today and then they should get going out today at some point. I feel bad cause it's in the 40's and wind blowing hard. But they really gotta get out of the house. Plus they will be in their coop for a few days to get used to it and i stl have to build their run. Coop has taken longer then I expected.

It always does. Mine took a month, and they were hanging out in their grow out coop for two weeks before we finished the run.

Haha unfortunately no! We ran into some problems making my walk in door to the coop. But while my fiance and dad worked on that I did make them their ramp to thir run even though the run isn't started yet. Got the feeder and waterer all hung in the coop. All I have to do tomorrow morning is sweep it all out, put down the shavings and out the pdz on the poop board and the girls are officially moving out! I am happy they are but at the same time I seem to be having anxiety of putting them out there. I know they will be happy with tons of room, since they are too big for their brooder really. But they are used to be at house temp and it seems to be a colder spell right now outside. I know they will be fine (I hope), but I don't know why I have such mixed emotions about them going outside. My dad said the coop was all good to go but I couldn't get myself to put them out there so close to bedtime. I would rather give them the day to figure it all out. :)

They have done great all day (I have too). I've been going out every so often and sitting in the doorway and they will come up to say hi. They are so sociable out there, they weren't really at all in the brooder. Took them awhile of checking out the PDZ on their poop board and checking out the shavings on the floor before they found their water and food. I think it took longer to cause they aren't used to them hanging. I gave them some treats earlier and they were quite happy but unsure of the clover I gave them. I hope they do good tonight when their bedtime comes. I will probably check on them throughout the night. :)
