Tylon 200

Has anyone had success using tylon 200 for their chickens orally? I have a Rooster with respiratory issues from staying out in the rain. He has been bullied by a neighbors rooster and stays away from the coop during the day. I brought him up to the porch and got him dry but he sounds awful.
