You can also order Tylosin (Tylan) powder which is water soluble and added to drinking water.

It's best to inject Tylan 50 or give it orally. That way you know sick bird(s) got properly dosed. Sick birds rarely drink treated water and if they do, they wont drink enough of the treated water to be effective.

I respiratory issue. I just had gotten this roo saving him from certain death. He was fine the day before when I seen him. I got him home to his quarantine area and within hours sounded like a seal, breathing with mouth open. He took a massive dirt bath and that’s when it seemed to have started. What are the symptoms? Is there any nasal drainage, bubbles or foam in eyes, sneezing, gasping or gaping, wheezing, or crackles when breathing? What is your general location?

There isn’t any nasal drainage, no gasping breaths with mouth open. Lethargic. Is eating some, I hear congestion, it’s loose. Sounds like a seal at times

Look around for Tylan 50 at your feed stores and get syringes and needles. It can then be given orally without the needle. Jedds.com sell Tylosin powder for the water, and dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 3-5 days. Your vet may also prescribe that or something else.
