Ugggh - Horrid Temperature Spike - UPDATE Baby Pics!

I know it! They are seriously cracking me up. I woke up to find them even puffier. They look like a pompom with a smaller pom pom stuck on top. The best part is that they will stay fluffy, forever.

Thank you all for the comments, I passed them on to DH.

Of the 15 sent, 2 were clear (probably PO issue) 1 was scrambled. That left 12, of those I had 2 blood rings, one dead in shell and one was hatched with issues and died. Oh yes, and I cracked on after my temp spike (thinking they were goners) and found viability, so that one was my goof. That left me with an ultimate hatch ratio of 58%, which I am pleased with.

Was it a "Little Monster" (LG)?

That,s how I call mine Little Giant.

All styrobators including overrated 1588 are capable of deadly spikes.

It just the way they are.

No, actually it was this:

I have since fixed the issue. The problem was that the cord from the reptile thermostat to the sensor got pinched in the door, cutting off the signal to the thermostat to turn off the heat source. It runs perfectly now. I ended up moving all of my eggs over to my HovaBator in a hurry when the big guy spiked.
