UGH...Another Nut-Job In The News...

What in the....

Okay so she was heavy...I was a 'big' girl too when I had my daughter and true you couldn't really tell I was pregnant till I was 7 months....BUT STILL - someone ESPECIALLY the husband should have realized she was pregnant and gaining and losing weight so much...besides she went into labor 8 times and delivered...Okay well all us women that have given life to kids knows what thats like and how messy....no one noticed her in labor pains, or blood/ambiotic fluids....I mean come on....

This woman was sick - in the head and needs to be put out of commission not just jailed. The husband had to have known to some extent - even if he never asked and pretended to not notice - he's still just as liable....I mean....OMG just...OMG I just can't wrap my head around it.

I swear our society and world is getting worse and worse - not better.

I agree - even in France its considered acceptable (or atleast used to - dont know about now) to drop infants @ churches. Here in US its acceptable to anonymously leave them at police, firehouses, and hospitals I do believe in some states.

Thats just crazy.

This is the most terrible/sad thing I have read in awhile. What is wrong with this woman!! All of those families out there that can not have children and would do anything to have one could have adopted those poor defenseless babies!!

I have always believed this way too. Like someone else said, let us take care of her sentence, and also said, do unto others.......................

Wonder if they have the death sentence in France?? I surely hope so...
They need to smother her, like she did those babies...

That is just horrible.

I remember reading about a teenager that had either two or three babies. And hid their bodies in an abondoned mobile home on her parents property. That was here in the U.S. No one knew she was pregnant either... You can hide them quiet well if you know how.

My DH aunt hid her first pregnancy, until she was in the hospital delivering.. Most of the family members thought everyone was lying when they said she had a baby. That is until they saw him..

Hiding can be done.

But hiding the pregnancy and then doing what she did is not right at all..

I also hid my pregnancies for as long as possible with out injuring me or the baby. That way I wouldnt loose my job. Because as soon as they found out. I was fired.. Wearing different size clothes, bigger. Or layering cloths help alot to hide.

I'm not understanding why someone would be fired for getting pregnant. I'm not dissing the job you had, but I'm curious what professions would require female employees to not get pregnant, other than someone that works for an escort service maybe.

Its a sad thing that anyone would be in a situation whereas the dynamics of the situation would lead them to such extreme measures. Unfortunately, I'm sure several cases of such incidences have gone undetected around the world. They must be very lonely people inside. It makes me wonder what horrible things have happened to them in their past. That is equally sad and scary. The fact that the bodies were kept leads me to think that there was an emotional connection to the babies at some level. It makes me feel anger towards the spouses of these women for not being supportive. In an abusive relationship a women can feel she has no options. God help them. The husband, in my opinion, should be charged with a lifetime of emotional manslaughter.

My job was a housekeeper in a motel. They didnt want the liability of a pregnant lady hurting herself or the baby while working. Bending over tubs to clean them. Contact with chemicals. And the risk of slipping and falling when you mopped floors. Every time they fired me for being pregnant. After I would have my baby, they would send some one to the hospital and ask when I could come back to work.. Happened to me 2 times. Happened to many other people too. But with this being the biggest motel in town. Actually the biggest employer in town. There was no way I couldnt go back.. And it was basically the only motel that keep employees through the winter.
